I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported Dylan Thomas News over the last twelve months. All those who follow @dylanthomasnews on twitter, all those who’ve read and followed my blog, and all those who’ve offered their support and encouragement in my attempts to celebrate the genius of Dylan Thomas over the past year. All the re-tweets, mentions, interactions, advice, and positive feedback really helps, so thank you very much.
I’d particularly like to thank Jeff Towns and John Goodby for their continuing support and encouragement, also Geoff Haden and Matt Hughes at the Birthplace, and Huw Davie at the Dylan Thomas Society.
Dylan Thomas News is an independent, unofficial, and self-funded project which aims to celebrate the life, work, and legacy of Dylan Thomas, and through which I hope to help support and promote Dylan Thomas related ventures around the world.
2014 marks the centenary of Dylan’s birth and there will be numerous events across the globe, new books will be published, and hopefully a good deal of coverage in the media too, so an exciting year for Dylan Thomas fans.
Merry Christmas and a happy new year.
Andrew Dally
